To protect my DNS record from bots exhausting the allowable limit of 250 000 DNS requests per month, I have moved the site to a non-existent domain. If you really need to access it, create a fake local DNS record on your device by adding
217.70.20.10 forum-chebmaster.su
to your hosts file
( located at c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts in Windows and /etc/hosts in Linux )
And then replace "forum.chebmaster.com" with "forum-chebmaster.su" in the link you are trying to follow.
Note that modifying the hosts file is a major security breach, requires root access in Linux and running Notepad as an administrator in Windows and your antivirus may throw a fit on top of that or Windows may pretend there is no such folder — since overwriting it is the way to steal your bank account credentials.
